Warranty

At our company, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a limited warranty on all of our electric scooters.

Our limited warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damages caused by misuse or abuse of the product.

If you experience a problem with your electric scooter within the warranty period, please contact us to initiate a warranty claim. We will need to verify the issue and may ask for photos or videos to help diagnose the problem.

If the issue is covered under our limited warranty, we will repair or replace the defective parts at no cost to you. If the issue is not covered under warranty, we will provide you with a repair estimate and give you the option to proceed with the repair at your own expense.

Please note that the limited warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the electric scooter.
